These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Media Genie AIand related marketing / campaign pages (the “Site”), including AI-assisted tools and enquiry forms, operated by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site showcases Media Genie AI (an AI visual library and portfolio tool) and related biophilic design / campaign experiences offered under the KarmYog Vatika brand. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape content without permission.

2. Intellectual Property

The Vatika.ai and KarmYog Vatika brands, and associated marks, are the property of their respective owners and are used by us under licence. Media Genie product branding, software, and Site content — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and software — is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent. You retain rights to images you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the service.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Product listings, prices, and availability shown on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. An order or paid plan is confirmed only upon our acceptance and receipt of payment. Custom design, execution, or enterprise engagements are governed by separate written proposals or agreements.

4. AI Tools & Assistants

AI features (including image tagging, captions, portfolio prompts, designers, and chat assistants) generate illustrative concepts and responses automatically. Outputs are assistive and for inspiration or workflow support only; they do not constitute professional advice, a final design deliverable, or a binding quotation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or sharing.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including social media, advertising platforms, and payment providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
